About me

As a Realtor I usually do not talk about my background, I focus on my buyers and sellers and try to give the same level of care and attention in the sale or purchase of their home that I would use in buying or selling my own home.

I have a history as a international traveler. Although I am a native of America and was raised in Wyoming, I married my wife Rose a native of Ireland, in London. I was employed as a manager by Pan American World Airways overseas. I have lived and worked in Taiwan, Germany, Russia, American Samoa, England and several states, settling in Southern California.

As a result of my global travels and experience, I achieved membership in an International Real Estate Network, and was awarded the designation Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS).

As a member of CIPS I joined a world wide referral network of elite global real estate practitioners with expertise in working with international clients. CIPS is a society of nearly 1500 real estate professionals throughout the world and are considered expert in international real estate. I am proud to be a CIPS representative.

In 2003 I received my e-PRO designation to better assist my on-line clients.
An e-PRO is a REALTOR, who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today’s consumer really wants.
